Nah, if you work in the aerospace around China Lake you can find a reasonably priced house.

There are definitely some places. The future half-brother-in-law lives in Thousand Oaks and it’s crazy over there. My big thing is the comparison of house size/price. Here in the nicest part of Tennessee(comparable in quality of life everything but Beverly Hills) you can get double the house for the same cost.

I may not live at LAX, but I made a time lapse once when I was stuck there overnight. turned out pretty good.
